LowKeyPost is developed and supported by Align Design. It helps users create, analyze, and manage visual content for social media. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, including from public sources, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:

• Account information such as your email address and authentication details.
• Workspace information, including brand preferences, content ideas, prompts, and uploaded content.
• Source URLs, usernames, and other information you provide for source analysis.
• Public pages, posts, videos, images, captions, comments, links, metadata, and technical data from websites, social platforms, and other publicly available online sources.
• Connected social account information, including account identifiers, usernames, profiles, granted permissions, and access tokens.
• Content and media you ask LowKeyPost to generate, edit, store, download, or publish.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, logs, diagnostics, API calls, processing status, security events, generation history, and token usage used for security, billing, and reliability.
• Billing information, including your selected plan, subscription status, invoices, payment status, purchased and used token packs, token balance, and transaction history.
• Personal or sensitive information that may be incidentally contained in public material or content you upload. We do not specifically request sensitive information unless it is needed for a selected feature.

We collect information:

• Directly from you when you create an account, complete a workspace, upload material, provide a link, or use a feature.
• Automatically from your device and browser when you use LowKeyPost.
• From public pages and posts on third-party websites and social platforms when needed for source analysis, trend discovery, or another requested feature.
• From providers that perform collection, search, storage, media delivery, analysis, or AI processing for LowKeyPost.
• From social platforms when you connect an account through official authorization.

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, secure, and personalize LowKeyPost.
• Analyze specified sources and public content for trends, ideas, and context.
• Generate, edit, and transform content at your request using AI tools.
• Store results, provide downloads, and perform actions you explicitly request, such as publishing.
• Connect social accounts and support OAuth integrations.
• Operate the Free, Starter, Creator, and Pro plans, subscriptions, token balances, token packs, invoices, payments, and refunds.
• Process support requests, deletion requests, and rights complaints.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and technical attacks.
• Meet legal obligations and protect the rights of LowKeyPost, users, and third parties.
• Create aggregated or de-identified statistics and analytical insights to measure feature use, diagnose issues, maintain security and reliability, and improve the product.
• Process personal and sensitive information only to the extent necessary for the relevant feature and permitted by applicable law.

Public posts may incidentally contain personal or sensitive information. Do not intentionally upload sensitive information without a lawful basis and any required permissions. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your Instagram, TikTok, or other social-media password.

For trend and source-analysis features, LowKeyPost may provide a Library of trending posts containing trending posts and related publicly available discussions, videos, images, media, comments, links, metadata, trends, and other material from third-party websites and social platforms for trend discovery, research, inspiration, content ideation, and marketing analysis. This material may be temporarily retained in raw form, including HTML, JSON, or media files, to analyze a source, show a preview, produce recommendations, or operate a feature.

Public posts and other material in the Library of trending posts may incidentally contain personal or sensitive information about third parties. LowKeyPost processes that information only to the extent necessary for the relevant feature and in accordance with applicable law. LowKeyPost does not claim ownership of material in the Library of trending posts. Rights remain with the creators, rights holders, and relevant platforms. We do not represent that every source is cleared for commercial use or verify a license for every item. If you believe material in the Library of trending posts or personal information included in it should be removed, contact us at the address below with sufficient details to identify the relevant material.

LowKeyPost may provide access to stock images, library visuals, audio, video, fonts, templates, AI-generated media, or other creative materials. Some assets may be created by LowKeyPost, licensed from third parties, retrieved from public third-party websites or platforms, generated by AI, or otherwise made available through the service. Availability through the service does not mean that LowKeyPost owns an asset or that it is licensed for your use. We may process metadata, usage data, project data, and generated content associated with your use of these assets to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

For particular features, we may share necessary data with providers including Supabase for authentication and databases, Cloudflare R2 for media storage, Apify and Bright Data for searching or retrieving public-source data, Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini for AI processing, Unsplash for photo search, Lava.top for payment and subscription processing, and social platforms and their APIs. The provider set depends on the feature you use and may change.

Providers process information as needed for their services under their own terms and policies. We do not provide them with your social-media password. AI providers may receive prompts, source material, and context needed to produce the requested result.

When you connect Instagram, TikTok, or another social account, LowKeyPost uses data and permissions granted through the official authorization flow to provide the selected features. We do not access or collect more information than needed for the connected feature. You can disconnect an account in LowKeyPost or revoke authorization through the relevant platform.

Depending on applicable law, we process information because it is necessary to provide the service you request, because you consented, for our legitimate interests in security and product development, or to meet legal obligations. By creating an account and checking the registration box, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy; where applicable law requires consent, that acknowledgment is consent to the purposes and methods of processing described here, including international transfers to providers and infrastructure where applicable. Providers and infrastructure may be located in other countries, so information may be transferred and processed outside your country with safeguards required by law.

We retain information as long as needed to provide the service, operate sources and results, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements. Raw JSON/HTML, caches, media files, logs, and generation results may be stored separately from your main account for the relevant period.

You may request deletion of your account and personal information by contacting us. We will delete or de-identify information within a reasonable period, subject to backups, technical timelines, legal requirements, and information needed to protect rights. Disconnecting a social account stops further use of that connected access but may not immediately delete previously created results or logs.

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate LowKeyPost, in a business reorganization, to protect rights and safety, or when required by law, court order, or a government authority. We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their own advertising.

Depending on your country, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal information, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You can also disconnect a social network and stop using the service. Contact us below; we may need to verify your identity and apply lawful exceptions.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

LowKeyPost is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided us with information, contact us so we can review the request.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including when we add sources, providers, or features. We will update the effective date when changes are made and, where required, provide additional notice.
